Dairy products were one of the first areas of business for Emborg Foods. It all started with supplies to the American forces in post-war Germany, but quickly developed into the export of Danish cheese - initially to the rest of Europe, but later to the entire world.
Today the range includes not only classic cheeses such as danablu, feta, and yellow Danish cheese, but also a variety of Danish and international dairy products adapted on a regular basis to match the Emborg concept: to have dairy specialists on the spot whenever and wherever the action is.
