Pie with salmon

  • 125 g Emborg Butter
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g Emborg Organic Spinach 
  • 300 g salmon or chicken
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
  • 75 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
  • Spring onions

Combine butter and flour with fingers, into butter crumbles.

Collect the dough with egg and salt.

Pres the dough in a small baking dish.

Combine defrosted spinach with egg and cream.

Place a piece of salmon in each dish, top with the spinach mix and top with shredded Mozzarella and a little spring onions.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in 30 minutes.
