However, if you are looking for a lighter alternative, the Cooking Cream with only 20% of fat compared to a full bodied cream of 35% fat is the best option. The Cooking Cream is also perfect for a new user since it doesn’t clot when overheated, making it perfect for sauces and soups. The Pasta Cream, as its name suggests, is specially developed for pasta sauce due to its creamy texture. It’s also slightly flavoured which makes it perfect for pasta sauce.
