


Easy Banana Cake
Banana cake is a true family favourite and perfect for many occasions! This banana cake is super easy to make and very moist!
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 7” / 18 cm round cake tin.

Sift plain flour and baking soda together and set aside.

Mix Emborg Unsalted Butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl, once to incorporate fully. Add in 1 egg at a time, beating well, in between each addition.

Then add in Emborg Yogurt and mix to combine thoroughly. Then add in the dry ingredients in 2 rounds, and mix until even.

Mash the bananas coarsely, and then fold this into the mix with a rubber spatula.

Pour into greased cake tin and bake for around 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve the banana cake with sour cream or homemade cream cheese frosting for an extra delicious taste experience.
