    Instructions

    • Slice red onion, grate Emborg Grana Padano and pre-heat oven to 220 C.

    • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the salt, olive oil and flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

    • Allow the dough to rise for approximately 45 minutes and divide the dough into smaller pieces.

    • Press the dough out onto a greased baking tray and prick with your fingers to make indents.

    • Prick the dough again with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil.
      Top with Grana Padano, red onion and thyme.

    • Bake the focaccia until golden for approximately 15 minutes.
      Enjoy!
