    • Cut the filo pastry into 10 x10 cm squares.

    • Brush the filo pastry pieces and layer 3 pieces in each greased muffin form.

    • Beat eggs and Emborg cooking cream together.

    • Stir salt and pepper in thawed Emborg's mixed vegetables.

    • Place one tablespoon mixed vegetables in each muffin form, then pour in the egg mix and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.

    • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 ºC.

    • Voilá!
