

Ultimate Mortadella Croissant Sandwich
Make your breakfast, brunch, lunch or tea extraordinary with these outrageously incredible gouda and mortadella croissant sandwiches with a honey mustard glaze.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the croissants in half lengthwise and spread Emborg Salted Butter on the cut sides. Place one slice of Emborg Gouda Slices on each bottom half of the croissants.

Add folded mortadella on top of the cheese, then add an additional slice of Emborg Gouda Slices.

Sprinkle pistachios on top and close the sandwich.

Mix honey mustard and olive oil in a small dish, then brush it over the top of the croissants. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top.

Bake for 6 minutes until warmed. Serve immediately.
