Our meat-free mince is very versatile, as you can both use it as it is in a tasty vegan bolognese, or shape it into patties and meatballs.

How to use

Storage & Preparation

Cook from thaw. Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost at <5°C. Keep chilled at 2-5°C. Use within 24 days. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

Mince in Burgers

Knead and shape the mince into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Heat up a pan with oil to medium-high heat and fry the patties on both sides for approx. 8-12 min.

Chilli, Bolognese & Taco

Sauté onion or garlic in oil, once translucent, fry the mince on medium-high heat while stirring for about 6-8 minutes. The mince is now ready for spices and sauce.

Peas are not only a great source of taste and protein – they are also full of fibre, antioxidants, Vitamin C and Vitamin B, which are all a key part in strengthening your immune system.

Additionally, growing peas is more sustainable than e.g. soy, as it requires less water and reduces the need for nitrogen fertiliser.
