The strips are 100% plant-based and made from mainly pea protein, water, and rape seed oil – all of which have been carefully selected to make the best product possible. This ensures a great texture and tasty fit for any dish!

How to use
Storage & Preparation
Cook from thaw. Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost at <5°C. Keep chilled at 2-5°C. Use within 24 days. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
Fry the thawed strips on a preheated pan for 6-8 minutes at medium heat while stirring frequently until golden brown. Season the strips with your favourite spices.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Coat the thawed chick-free strips in a little oil and your favourite spices. Fry the strips for 6 minutes while flipping them halfway through.

Peas are not only a great source of taste and protein – they are also full of fibre, antioxidants, Vitamin C and Vitamin B, which are all a key part in strengthening your immune system.
