3-Egg Cheese Omelet
- 100 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
- 100 g Bell Pepper
- 3 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
Try this super easy 3-egg omelet with Emborg Shredded Mozzarella for breakfast, lunch or even for dinner!
All you have to do is to warm up a skillet with Emborg Butter. Then, whisk your eggs in a small bowl and pour it on your warm skillet.
Then sprinkle the omelet with bell pepper, Emborg Shredded Mozzarella, and salt and pepper.
When the cheese starts to melt, fold over the omelet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
When the cheese has melted, the omelet is ready to serve.
