- 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 100 g Emborg Unsalted Butter, softened
- 100 g icing sugar
- Vanilla or lemon essence, edible
Mix the cream cheese, softened butter and icing sugar until fully incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and apply as topping on carrot cakes or a cream cheese layer for cookies or sliced cakes.
Icing sugar content can be adjusted according to taste preference, as well as vanilla or lemon flavour.
