Apple crumble cake
- 4 apples
- 100 ml sugar
- 200 ml shredded coconut flour
- 100 ml flour
- 100 ml almonds
- 100 g Emborg Butter
Peel the apple and cut into cubes.
Mix sugar, shredded coconut flour, flour, chopped almonds and small cubes of butter into a shredded dough.
Fill apple cubes in a baking tray and top with dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 225 °C for 15 minutes.
