Buko Pandan Salad
300 g of Emborg Whipping Cream
300 g of Sweetened condensed milk
500 g of shredded young coconut,
200 g of Sago, small, cooked
1 pack of Gelatin, Pandan flavor
Prepare gelatin according to instructions. Let set and cut into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix Emborg Whipping Cream and condensed milk.
Add in sago, young coconut and gelatin.
Best when served chilled.
