Ingredients

  • 300 g Emborg Vintage Cheddar
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml water
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 50 g blanched almonds
  • 50 g pistachios
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 1 pear

Boil the syrup and water with halved apricots.

Add the nuts after 5 minutes.

Serve pieces of cheese with syrup, bread and pear.
