Ingredients

  • 1500 g of beef chuck

  • 100 g of minced red onion 

  • 50 g of minced garlic 

  • 50 g of red bell pepper

  • 50 g of green bell pepper

  • 3 g of Spanish Paprika

  • 100 g of tomato paste

  • 160 g of liver spread

  • 700 g of tomato sauce

  • 35 peeled carrots

  • 30 ml of soy sauce

  • 20 ml of Patis

  • 10 g salt 

  • 3 g pepper

  • Water 

  • 100 g of Emborg Mature Cheddar (Shredded)

In a heated pan add oil.
Sear the beef well.
Add red onion, garlic and bell pepper.
Add spanish paprika, beef powder, tomato paste, liver spread and tomato sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and patis.

Gradually add water as necessary.
Simmer for at least 2.5 hours or until beef are soft.

Add carrots near end of cooking.
Add Emborg Mature Cheddar.
