Christmas Strawberry Yogurt Shortcake
- 90 g All-purpose Flour
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 70 g Sugar
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 60 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
- 60 ml Vegetable Oil
- 5 ml Vanilla Extract
- 7 Egg Whites
- 50 g Sugar
- 500 ml Emborg Whip Topping
- 100 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
- 250 ml Emborg Yogurt
- 50 g Powdered Sugar
- 400 g Emborg Strawberries (thawed).

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, egg yolks, Emborg Full Cream Milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside.
Beat egg whites using a mixer. Gradually add sugar to make a nice meringue. Fold batter into meringue.
Transfer mixture to a 20 cm round pan and bake for 30‒40 minutes at 180°C.
To make frosting, beat Emborg Whip Topping, Emborg French Full Cream Milk, Emborg Yogurt, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Frost the cake with whipped Emborg Whip Topping and decorate with Emborg Strawberries.
