Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Roughly chop the chocolate and hazelnuts with a knife.
Whip together the sugar, Emborg Cook & Bake butter, and egg.
Mix the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder into the dough and then fold in the pieces of delicious chocolate and nuts.
Using your hands, gather the dough and make 20 small balls with the dough. Place the balls on a sheet of baking paper and press the top of the dough balls gently.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes until they are golden.
Leave the cookies to cool.
