Coconut Cheddar Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Emborg, butter

  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp of all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup of Emborg Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Pre heat oven to 170C.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a rubber spatula.

Mix until everything is incorporated. 

Fill muffin molds with the coconut mixture. 

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
