Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 30 ml of vegetable oil

  • 30 g onion

  • 1-2 glove garlic (10 g)

  • 1 pcs of chicken bouillon

  • 200 g of minced bacon

  • 200 g of sliced, fresh mushrooms

  • 500 ml Emborg Cooking Cream

  • Salt

  • Grounded pepper

  • 500 g of cooked spaghetti pasta

  • 150 g of Emborg Parmesan (Shredded) 

Heat pan and add oil.

Saute onion and garlic.

Add in bacon, mushroom and chicken bouillon.

Gradually add Emborg Cooking Cream.

Season with salt and pepper.

Toss in the pasta.

Topped with Emborg Parmesan Cheese Shredded.
