  • 1 crispy croissant sliced in half
  • 2 slices Emborg Edam 
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • ½ avocado, pureed                                    
  • Fresh lettuce mix 
  • Mustard mayonnaise

Slice croissant bread in half

Spread one side with avocado puree and with mustard mayo the other.

Fill croissant with lettuce mix, Edam cheese and smoked salmon.
