  • 8 spring roll wraps

  • 8 green local chili

  • 1/4 cup of Emborg Mozzarella (block)

  • 1/4 cup of Emborg Cheddar (block)

Cut the chili in half and removed the seeds (Wash the chili and dry).

Cut the Emborg Mozzarella and Emborg Cheddar into strips and stuffed into the chili.

Wrap with spring roll wrapper and seal the edges with water.

Deep fry until golden brown. Drain in a strainer or pile of tissue to removed excess oil.

Serve with salsa or sauce of choice.
