Grilled cheese sticks

  • 8 slices white sandwich bread
  • 8 slices Emborg Slices Light
  • 8 tbsp salsa
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (optional)

Spread the salsa on the slices of bread, top with cheese and then combine two slices at a time to make sandwiches.

Butter the sandwiches on the top and bottom.

Grill the sandwiches, then slice each into three sticks.

Top with a stripe of chilli sauce.

Serve with slices of tomato.
