Grilled cheese toast with ”stretch”
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 slice of Emborg American Cheddar
- 20 g shredded Emborg Mozzarella (stretch)
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- ½ onion
- Butter for frying
Slice the bacon to fit into the bread. Start by roasting the bacon and then braise onion rings in butter.
Grease the bread slices with butter on the outside and then bring the stuffing consisting of cheese, bacon and onion rings into the sandwich.
Grill the toast on a frying pan on both sides until it starts browning.
