Ham and cheese puffs
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 100 g diced ham
- 180 g Emborg Chopped Spinach, thawed
- 120 g Emborg Cheddar
- 1 beaten egg
Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces measuring about 12x12 cm.
Combine the ham, spinach, and cheese cut into cubes, then spread on the 6 pieces of puff pastry.
Fold the tips of the dough in to the centre and brush with egg.
Bake in oven at 190 °C for about 20 minutes.
