  • 1 crispy croissant sliced in half
  • 2 slices Emborg Havarti
  • 20 g Emborg Cream Cheese
  • 2 – 3 slices of ripe beef tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Fresh lettuce mix
  • 20 g classic mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper                                                  

Prepare a cream cheese mayo:

Mix mayo, cream cheese, lemon juice and salt, pepper in a bowl using a fork - mix until smooth.


Slice the croissant in half and spread the cream cheese mayo on both interior sides.

Start filling with lettuce leaves, Havarti cheese, tomato, basil leaves.
