Havarti caprese croissant
- 1 crispy croissant sliced in half
- 2 slices Emborg Havarti
- 20 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 2 – 3 slices of ripe beef tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Fresh lettuce mix
- 20 g classic mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Prepare a cream cheese mayo:
Mix mayo, cream cheese, lemon juice and salt, pepper in a bowl using a fork - mix until smooth.
Slice the croissant in half and spread the cream cheese mayo on both interior sides.
Start filling with lettuce leaves, Havarti cheese, tomato, basil leaves.
