Italian meatballs in a pan with cream
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 slices white bread
- 50 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
- 4 tbsp Emborg Shredded Parmesan
- 1 pot basil
- 200 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
Mix the minced beef with salt, white bread soaked in milk and shredded parmesan.
Make small meatballs and place them in a butter greased pan, sprinkle basil leaves and top with cream.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
Serve with pasta.
