Mac and cheese bites
- 2 tbsp Emborg Butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml Emborg Cream or Milk
- 200 g Emborg Gouda cut into cubes
- 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 250 g small macaroni
- 1 beaten egg
Cook the pasta according to directions on package.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and whisk.
Add milk and bring to the boil, then add gouda cut into cubes and cream cheese.
Spray small muffin tins with cooking oil spray.
Combine the pasta and cheese mixture, mix in the egg and pour into the muffin tins.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
