Making every day Adventurous
- A handful of spaghetti
- 1 piece of salmon
- 1 portion of Emborg Cooking Cream
- 1 portion of spinach leaves
- A handful of fresh herbs, for example, parsley and/or dill
- 1 spring onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 match
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 yellow pepper
Cook the spaghetti as instructed on the packet.
Fry the piece of salmon, either in a frying pan or bake it in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes until it is cooked through.
Pour the water from the saucepan and fold the Emborg Cooking Cream, spinach and herbs into the spaghetti. Place the spaghetti on the bottom of a serving plate so that it resembles a nice ocean.
Place the piece of salmon on top so that it resembles a ship. Rinse and cut the spring onion into thin slices and place on top of the salmon so that the "ship" gets windows.
Rinse the red pepper and cut it so that it forms a small triangle. Place a match so that it extends from the piece of salmon and add the red pepper as a flag. Rinse the cucumber, cut it into large triangles and place them alongside the match as the sails of the ship.
Cut a slice of the lemon and place it as a sun at the top right-hand corner of the plate. Rinse the yellow pepper, cut it into thin strips and place them around the sun as rays of sunshine.
Et voila. You now have an Adventurous Dish. Serve immediately.
