- 200 g Emborg Pizza Topping
- 400 g pre-made pizza dough
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 150 g minced beef
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Chili, minced
Set the oven at 225°C. Make 6 or 8 small round pizzas and place on oven trays.
Spoon a little tomato sauce on each base and spread it out.
Sprinkle the mini pizzas with pizza topping. Form the minced beef into small meatballs and arrange on top.
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Cover the meatballs with oil and chopped garlic.
Put pizzas in the oven for about 8 or 10 min. until the pizza topping is melted and golden.
Sprinkle with minced chili and serve.
