Muffins with sprinkles
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Emborg Butter, melted
- 100 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml Emborg Milk
- 100 ml sprinkles
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and add the cooled butter and cream cheese.
Mix flour, baking powder and milk into the dough.
Add half the sprinkles and stir the dough thoroughly.
Fill 12 muffin cups to about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with the rest of the sprinkles on top.
Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes at 190 °C.
Allow the muffins to cool before serving.
