Popcorn Chicken

  • 600 g Chicken Breast
  • 100 ml Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 ml Breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Emborg Cook & Bake
  • 100 ml Chilli Sauce

Enjoy chicken in a chrispy and tender way by following the steps. 


Cut the chicken into small chunks.

Drench the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten egg, followed by a mixture of breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and salt.

Fry the “popcorn” in Emborg Cook & Bake at medium heat.

Serve with sweet and sour chilli sauce.
