- 600 g Chicken Breast
- 100 ml Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml Breadcrumbs
- 100 ml Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Salt
- 200 g Emborg Cook & Bake
- 100 ml Chilli Sauce
Enjoy chicken in a chrispy and tender way by following the steps.
Cut the chicken into small chunks.
Drench the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten egg, followed by a mixture of breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and salt.
Fry the “popcorn” in Emborg Cook & Bake at medium heat.
Serve with sweet and sour chilli sauce.
