Quinoa corn omelette bites

  • 200 ml boiled quinoa
  • 100 g grated Emborg Cheddar or Mozzarella
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 g Emborg Sweet Corn, thawed
  • Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients.

Grease some muffin cups, or a baking tray and fill with the mixture.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 185 °C.
