Quinoa corn omelette bites
Ready in 30 min.
- 200 ml boiled quinoa
- 100 g grated Emborg Cheddar or Mozzarella
- 3 large eggs
- 100 g Emborg Sweet Corn, thawed
- Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients.
Grease some muffin cups, or a baking tray and fill with the mixture.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 185 °C.
