  • 1 crispy croissant, sliced in half
  • 2 slices Emborg Yellow Cheddar
  • 2 slices smoked ham
  • Green olives, sliced
  • Sun dried tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh lettuce mix
  • Mustard mayonnaise            

Slice the croissant in half and spread the mustard mayo on both interior sides.

Start filling with lettuce leaves, cheddar cheese, sun-dried tomato, sliced green olives.
