  • 2 slices white sandwich bread
  • 25 g Emborg Butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 150 g steak
  • 2 pieces of Emborg Sliced Edam
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar


Spread butter on both sides of the bread and toast the bread.

Fry the beef and cut into thin slices.

Fry slices of red onion in the frying pan, when they are soft, drizzle with sugar and allow to brown.

Assemble the toasted sandwich with bread, mayonnaise, cheese, slices of beef, red onion and top with bread, spread with mayonnaise.
