  • 450 g Emborg 3 Floret Mix
  • 1 organic lemon
  • ½ red chilli
  • 8 small tortillas
  • ½ iceberg lettuce or other lettuce
  • 100 ml salsa
  • 150 g Emborg Shredded Parmesan




Thaw the 3 Floret Mix, stir-fry in a hot pan with sesame oil, a little grated lemon zest and chopped chilli.

Heat tortilla, top with lettuce, salsa, and stir-fried Floret Mix, then sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
