Vegetable rösti

  • 400 g Emborg Organic Mixed Vegetables
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 200 ml Emborg Sour Cream
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Thaw the vegetables and stir with the flour and salt until a dough has formed and coats the vegetables.

Fry the rösti in plenty of oil in a pan.

Stir the sour cream, finely chopped chives, grated lemon zest, sugar and soy sauce to combine.

Serve the warm rösti with dip as a snack or starter, or as a side with meat.
