  • Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a loaf pan (approximately 24 cm x 13 cm x 6.5 cm)

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened Emborg Unsalted Butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the Emborg Full Cream Milk 3.5%. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

  • Stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Onced cooled, it is ready to serve.

For an extra touch of elegance, dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar or serve with a dollop of Emborg Whipping Cream. This will add a delightful finish to your already delicious Butter Cake. Enjoy!
