Our Mature Cheddar has a more distinctive rich and sweet flavour, due to its 10 months of maturing.
Our Vintage Cheddar has matured for 16 months, which gives it a robust and full -bodied flavour and makes it drier as well as more crumbly.
Both the Mature Cheddar and the Vintage Cheddar can easily be enjoyed on their own, for example served with nuts and crackers, or in a salad for a more flavourful salad experience.
Unlike the Perfect Whip, the Whipping Cream is very versatile since it can also be used for cooking. This is a traditional all-purpose cream.
However, if you are looking for a lighter alternative, Emborg Cooking Cream with only 20% of fat compared to a full bodied cream of 35% fat is the best option. Emborg Cooking Cream is also perfect for a new user since it doesn’t clot when overheated, making it perfect for sauces and soups.
