    • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the beef and set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic and onions, and sauté till the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

    • Add crushed tomatoes followed by beef. Pour your beef stock and add bay leaves. Add your liver spread. Let it simmer for 1 hour.

    • Add the potatoes and bell peppers, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season with soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt.

    • Stir in half a pack of Emborg Cheddar Topping. Put in a broiler for 2-3 minutes or torch until the cheese melts.

    • Top with chopped parsley and serve.
