Cheesy Spicy Chicken Wrap

Delicious and spicy chicken wrapped in a soft tortilla along with tasty cheese and fresh vegetables – perfect for those who enjoy bold and spicy flavours.

    • In a food processor, blend the chilies, onions, lemongrass, vinegar, salt and oil to a paste.

    • Toss the chicken in the sambal paste and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

    • Roast the chicken for 20–25 minutes. Let it cool and chop into strips.

    • In a hot pan, toast one side of each tortilla, then add 2 tbsp Emborg Shredded Mozzarella to each. Top with the chicken until the wrap is heated through.

    • Top with tomatoes, onions and coriander then roll. Turn the wrap until it is golden on all sides.

    Tip: Marinate the chicken overnight, if desired, to infuse it with flavour.
