    • Preheat the oven to 200-250 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

    Shape the Pizza Dough

    • On a lightly floured work surface, gently flatten the dough into a 30cm disc. Then, transfer it to a baking tray.

    • Arrange the chunks of Emborg Mozzarella cheese around the edges of the crust, leaving 1 cm space. Then, fold the edges over the cheese and pinch them down to seal.

    • Brush the center with oil and top with Filipino-style tomato sauce, chopped chorizo de cebu, and the shredded Emborg Pizza Topping.

    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven.

    • Cut the pizza using a pizza cutter into 8 slices then, serve.

    Make sure to press down the pizza dough properly to really seal the mozzarella cheese
