A less-than-20-minute pasta for two! Perfect for a quick lunch or late-night dinner, this easy yet delicious recipe requires minimal ingredients but delivers maximum flavour.

    • Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt as stated on the package. Then, drain and pass through running water and set aside.

    • Add olive oil and chopped turkey bacon on a cold skillet over medium heat. Cook until the turkey bacon is slightly crispy.

    • Toss in the minced garlic and cook for another minute while mixing with the turkey bacon.

    • Then, toss the cooked pasta and mix well. Add the chicken stock and let it simmer for a two minutes.

    • Pour in the Emborg Perfect Pasta Cream and toss well with the pasta. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

    • Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with toasted sourdough slices for a bit of crunch.
