


Easy Vanilla Butter Cookies
What better than freshly baked vanilla butter cookies? These cookies are simple to make and perfect for any occasion!

Instructions
- 
Start by mixing together Emborg Unsalted Butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Then, add in the vanilla, then the yolks, one at a time. 
- 
Add in the flour and mix until just combined. Scrape down the bowl during beating. Then add in the Emborg Milk at the end, to loosen up the mixture a little. 
- 
To make the cookies, you can either pack the dough into a cookie press or fill a piping bag (with a star nozzle) with the mix. 
- 
Press out or pipe the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined tray and bake at 175 °C for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown
