Heat a frying pan on medium low heat and melt the Emborg Unsalted Butter.

Fry the eggs one at a time. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Spread some Emborg Unsalted Butter on both sides of the bread. Using the same pan, toast the bread slices over low heat for a 1-2 minutes. Flip and toast the other side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Spread Emborg Cream Cheese Herbs evenly over the toasted bread slices.

Serve with the fried eggs and avocado slices, alongside orange wedges and cucumber strips.
