Yellow Rice Salad and Chicken Leg

All you have to do is to cook the rice according to the package and add turmeric to the water. When the rice are cooking, prepare Emborg Mixed Vegetables by blanching them with boiling water.

When the rice are cooked, add Emborg Mixed Vegetables and mix. (tip: you can add butter to the salad for a more rich and creamy texture)

Put the Yellow Rice Salad in a container along with the pre-cooked chicken leg (or other leftover chicken). Remember to also include a fork and a napkin for the fingers.
