In a pan with oil, brown the luncheon meat on both sides, 1 minute on each side. Set aside.
Spread Emborg Salted Butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of Emborg Gouda Natural Slices on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread. Top with two slices of luncheon meat.
(Optional) If desired, add chili sauce or oil on top of the luncheon meat according to preference.
Add sliced tomatoes and lettuce for a fresh touch and place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over a medium heat. Place the assembled sandwiches onto the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
