Instructions

In a bowl, massage chicken with pineapple juice and fish sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

In a pot on high heat, add oil and sauté small red onions, garlic, and ginger until soft and translucent. Add sugar and cook until caramelized. Add pineapples and chicken broth. Bring it to a boil and add chicken.

Simmer for 5 minutes and add Emborg Fresh Milk. Simmer for another 10 minutes and add bell peppers. Cook for 1 more minute.
