4-Cheese Barbeque Chicken Toastie​

Perfect for quick lunches, late-night cravings, or anytime you want something fast, creamy and cheesy. Bite in and enjoy crusty toast grilled to perfection, with a centre overflowing with smooth Cream Cheese and gooey 3-cheese. Simply irresistible!

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, barbecue sauce, Emborg Cream Cheese, a pinch of fine salt, and 2 twists of black pepper. Mix well.​

  • Spread Emborg Unsalted Butter on one side of each bread slice. Place one slice butter-side down.​

  • Evenly spread the cream cheese barbecue chicken mixture onto the bread, then sprinkle Emborg 3 Cheese Bake Shredded on top. ​

  • Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side facing out.​

  • Toast the sandwich in a frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.​

  • Remove from the pan and rest for 1 minute to allow the filling to set.​

  • Slice into 4 pieces. Serve and enjoy.
