American Blueberry Pancakes
- 5 Eggs
- 500 ml Emborg Full Cream Milk
- 500 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 100 g Emborg Blueberries
- 100 g Emborg Butter
- 200 ml Emborg Whipping Cream
These pancakes are perfect for a nice Sunday brunch and easy to make! Follow the steps:
Whisk eggs and Emborg milk together, combine with flour bit by bit.
Mix the baking powder, sugar and blueberries into the dough.
Fry pancakes in butter.
