Avocado Sago

Cut avocado into small cubes. Set aside.

Cook tapioca peals in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes, cover with lid for another 10 minutes. Drain the pot and wash the pearls with cold water to cool down. Set aside.

Prepare gelatin by combining water and gelatin powder in a sauce pan. Heat until gelatin is well dissolved. Transfer to a container and let it set for 30mins to cool down. Chill and cut into small cubes.

Combine Emborg Whipping Cream with condensed milk and mix until well blended.

Combine avocado cubes, sago and gelatin in a bowl. Pour in the cream mixture and mix well. Let it chill for about one hour then serve.
